Day 2 of 12 Days of Fitness!

Day 2- Write Down All The Things You Already Know 

Today, make a list of all the things that you already know about living a healthy lifestyle. Don’t worry about if it is right or wrong. Just right down all the things that if you had no way possible of educating yourself and absolutely had to begin living healthy to save your life you would implement.

Again, DON”T WORRY ABOUT IF IT IS RIGHT OR WRONG. Just make a list and keep it with your list of dreams. Then tune into tomorrow for the next step!

  1. Documentation will put my perspectives in view. I think sometimes we “hide” the good we know to offset the “bad” we are doing, lol, does that make sense ?? Thanks 😁

    1. It does make sense! And once we start putting off a healthy lifestyle it is so easy to KEEP pitting it off. 😦
      Also, it is easy to get overwhelmed with every single piece of info you hear and never begin because you don’t know where to haha.

  2. Great idea to write all of this down, once we starting writing I think we will realize that we know more than we think we do.
    I am feeling pretty wiped today after that mega Zumba class, so I will be taking it easy. It’s a raining, gloomy day, good day for journalling.

    Drink lots of water
    Eat fruit and veg
    Try and get some heart-rate raising exercise in every day!
    Control portion size
    Don’t deny yourself, but don’t overindulge either!
