So today starts my 30 Day Chisel Plan which is actually now my 60 Day Hammer and Chisel plan haha.
For some reason when I read the program’s description I thought that the hammer workouts were for muscle building and the Chisel workouts were for fat loss. Not so! Each one is a blend of both!
So Hammer and Chisel it is. 🙂
That being said, I have already knocked out the Chisel Endurance workout this morning!
I will save the whole rundown for later when I recap Day 1.
