This day was rather jam packed so I will make this post short and sweet. 🙂
Day 9 MHC: Hammer Strength
So I have completed both 21 Day Fix Extreme and Insanity Max 30. Now I’m 9 days into The Master’s Hammer and Chisel and things are really shaping up! Not bad for four and a half months postpartum. I still have the linea nigra (dark line on your belly during pregnancy). I wonder how long it will stay. I can’t remember how long it lasted after Ryan.
Hammer Strength was another 40 minute workout full of basic bodybuilding exercises! In this workout, you do 1 minute of the exercise with no weight at all, just as many reps as you can get in 1 minute. Then you follow that with 8 reps of the same exercise but using the heaviest weight you can keep good form with. I am so into this workout! When I was in the gym, I pretty much stuck to supersets, doing 4 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise. I needed to be pulled out of my rut! This is good for me.
What I Ate today!
Jason had to work late today so when the husband is away the wife eats prepped food all day haha. I love not cooking!!!
