Day 12 MHC: Rest Day + Super Bowl

Hey Peachville!

Holy hamstrings Batman! they are so sore! I am glad today is a rest day. Resting from workouts but definitely not resting from work. Doesn’t it feel so good to catch up?

Rest Day!


Sunday’s are almost always the same for me. Church and then trying to catch up on housework and out-of-the housework. I did say “trying“. Tonight I am watching the Super Bowl while doing my catching up! I am not that much of a football fan, I try to like it because Jason loves it so much. For some reason though I love to watch the Super Bowl and have made sure to watch it the past 3 years. I am glad too because this year our Atlanta Falcons made it! Yay! Go Falcons!!! I get goosebumps when I watch the interviews haha. It’s pretty exciting!

Also, I am making my to-do list because sticking to my to-do list is my one change for the One Change Challenge that we are doing next week here on TKP. It starts tomorrow! We are all just making ONE change for the better for 7 days. I chose to actually stick to my to-do list. Each night, I make a to-do list and then when the next day rolls around, for some reason I will still just try to remember everything! Why do I do this? I don’t know but this week I am making the change. I’m going to make my to-do list and because I know that everyone is holding me accountable, I am going to LOOK at it first thing and execute haha! By execute, do the things on the list.

I have more to do than this but I haven’t finished the list yet haha

I’m excited. I need to get my thoughts in line and I am thinking this will help me.

Low carb day 12 (of 14) Just 2 more low carb days and then you will be seeing a bunch of oatmeal.

  1. You are not alone, I LOVE bison!! It’s so good for you, and super tasty! We have a farm in town here, so cool! They are freaking huge!!!
    I don’t watch football at all but if I had to pick, it’d be patriots. I live in New York so…
    And me and to do lists are like this:ðŸĪžðŸžI cannot live without them. 💗

    1. Oh wow!!! That’s amazing! New York is so awesome. Yeah people give me such a hard time about my snacks. They don’t mind eating a 170 calorie bag or doritos, but a 170 calorie serving of ground turkey is so weird lol.
      Well you guys got us. It made my stomach hurt just because I wish they would have just beat the heck out of us from the beginning. It’s almost worse to have the tease of maybe winning. I’m proud of the Falcons though. They haven’t been to the Super Bowl since 98 and they have the Patriots a run for their money! Tom Brady is amazing though that’s for sure. I love his passion for the game. And he’s hot.

  2. I don’t do to-do-lists at home but definitely do them for work. Sometimes things can get overwhelming at work so by writing things down it helps to calm me down and focus on what I need to do and I can see what has priority on my list. Isn’t it great when you can cross things off the list?
