Happy Day 1 One Change Challengers!!!
Here are our challengers and their changes!
Sarah- No night time snacking (and wearing a real bra everyday)
Christine- meditate daily
Anne- No added sugar!
Nick- No night time snacking
Mary- 25 squats, 25 lunges each day
Ritu- spending time with husband daily
Jennifer- no soda!
Daisy- stretch everyday!
I keep saying this but look at all the different ones! This is fantastic!

Anne sent some pics already of the some things to help her stay away from sugar this week! These are awesome! And I love that she isn’t afraid of whole milk yogurt.
If you follow any of my other posts you know Greek yogurt and I are buds haha. Actually sisters, it seems like Greek yogurt would be a girl. 🙂
At some point during the day, just comment below the One Challenge Post of the day and let us know how you are doing! We are all in this together for support and encouragement so if you are having some trouble sticking to your change don’t be afraid to say so! It’s never easy to make a big change but we ARE going to do exactly that this week while helping one another do something amazing.
