Hey Ladies! Day Threeeeeee!!!
I always feel ridiculous saying “I’m so proud of you!” to anyone who’s not my kid. I don’t know why but I do. So I won’t say that, but I will say that you ladies are SO awesome and motivate me so much. I’m not kidding. I am so glad that you are doing this challenge with me because 1) I didn’t realize how much I wasn’t doing that I should be doing before this challenge and 2) Two of you are sick, one of you is on vacation, and another is in constant pain and is crushing 25 squats and 25 lunges a day. ALL of you are sticking to your word and making your change! If you ladies can do this, I think I can stick to a to-do list.
One Change Challenge Day 3 – What is Your Personality Type?
If you don’t have time to do this it’s perfectly fine but yesterday in the comments Anne and I were talking about being INFJs. INFJ is one of the many Meyer’s Briggs personality types and it stands for Introversion (I), Intuition (N), Feeling (F), Judging (J) . You can take a free test based on The Meyers-Briggs personality test here. If you have never taken it, it’s really fun to find out what personality type you are and it’s actually really accurate! Here is INFJ’s description.
If you take the test or already know your personality type, share your results with us! I think this will be fun and maybe you will learn something about yourself. For me, it explained a lot. The INFJ personality type is really outgoing but also introverted nonetheless which can be confusing to people haha. I have always taken jobs that required me to be really outgoing. Although I loved those jobs, I never wanted to hang out after work. I had to go home and be alone haha.
If you don’t want to take it, no sweat. Just fill us in on how Day 3 went!
Do you know your personality type?
If so, what is it? Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
How was Day 3?
Did you know that nonetheless was one word? I didn’t!
Hope you are blasting through Day 3 like Hulk!
