I am blogging my way the The Master’s Hammer and Chisel and today was Day 14. The workout was Total Body Hammer which went well.
I also added in carbs today and this did not go well haha. I don’t think it was really the carbs so much as just being really hungry for whatever reason. Anyway, I ended up basically eating my house haha. (Still no sugar though!)
Obviously, this happens from time to time and it’s ok. But since I do come from a disordered past I have to ask myself some questions after days like today.
Have I been eating enough each day? Yes.
Have I been working out too much? No. 45 minutes tops.
Does this happen often? No.
Am I constantly obsessed food? No!
I honestly think today was a mix of hormones and a little stress on the side. Sometimes I win against these things, sometimes I don’t.
Oh well, moving on.
