I’m not going to lie, this week was kinda chaotic for me on this program. I did good with the workouts, but I felt all over the place with my eating. My friend Sarah suggested just going with what I know so that is exactly what I’m doing. Today is my rest day and I am also taking time to just really getting my mind back into the gamw. I think we all reach this point in our weight loss journeys where it’s been a while, you’ve been doing really well, but then we fall off the wagon a little or a lot and our all-or-nothing minds tell us that we have to fall ALL the way off the wagon before we can get back on. Well the truth is that we don’t have to fall completely off the wagon. We can choose to pull ourselves back up before we hit the ground.
I choose to pull myself back up. And that is that.
In gearing up for the week, I did a food prep today and finally remembered to make a video on how to peel a hard boiled egg. I have been meaning to do this for a while because I see a lot of people on social media asking how to get the shell not to stick and the responses are always so complicated!
