Summer Ready Series!!! + 3 Day Refresh Rundown

Good morning!

In addition to my regularly scheduled post, I wanted to just share with you my upcoming Summer Ready Series running February 26th-June 21st! These challenges are just for the LADIES, sorry guys.


These are a series of challenges that I will be leading geared specifically toward getting us ready for the summer which begins June 21st. Because I don’t know about you but….


I am kicking off the series with the 3 Day Refresh Cleanse which we will do the last 3 days of February to set us up to crush our goals in March. Take a look and see if you might like to do one, a few, or ALL of the groups! This is going to be so fun and I can’t wait to get started!

Since the 3 Day Refresh does start next week, I want to go ahead and tell a little bit about it.



3 Day Refresh Cleanse


Ok, I have never done a cleanse before so for me to actually try one it had to be one that’s not too hard core. First, it’s only 3 days so that drew me in. Second, you can still eat. I love eating and have no desire to take a break from it.

For each of the 3 days you have 3 shakes, and a fiber drink. You also surround the shakes with fruit and vegetables and then a vegan dinner. There are a lot of recipes in the program guide that you can make for your dinner. If you are afraid of the vegan thing, remember, this is just a cleanse and it is only 3 days.


Here is how each day will go:

  1. Wake-up: Drink 8-12 ounces of water
  2. Breakfast: Shakeology shake + fruit option
  3. Mid-morning: Fiber Sweep
  4. Lunch: Vanilla Fresh (high protein, hunger satisfying shake) plus options from fruit,vegetable, and healthy fat list
  5. Afternoon Snack: Fruit, vegetable, or juice option
  6. Dinner: Vanilla Fresh plus a dinner from the Dinner recipe list

So not too bad. I am a little nervous because I do eat like a viking but I’m excited to try it!

  1. I was thinking about trying a 3 day LCHF kick-start diet to get into ketosis at the end of this month. The recommendation is to eat minimal carbs, 20 grams or less and focus on healthy fats and moderate protein. One approach is not to focus on calories because the goal is to get into ketosis not weight loss. Another approach is to keep calories to 1000-1200 in order to lose weight. I haven’t decided which one to try, it may depend on how hungry I get.

    1. Oh sweet! Maybe you could do yours at the same time as this one and we can keep each other going! Plus I’m just interested to see how your keto one goes. Let me know if you decide to do it. Have a great weekend Christine!

  2. I’ve placed my order for the refresh. I will have it on the 25th! Can you send me some of these vegan recipes?? I’m really curious! I ordered the tropical Strawberry. Have you tried it yet?

    1. Thank you Sarah! I’m so excited! Yes I can. I’ll send it in just a little bit. I thought you might get strawberry because it’s vegan and I swear I remember you telling me you don’t like chocolate. But your Vega bars are chocolate. Maybe just chocolate protein powder?
      Anyway, I am so glad you are doing this with me!
