Day 29 MHC + Vegetarian Eating

Day 29 The Master’s Hammer and Chisel: Total Body Chisel

Today’s workout in The Master’s Hammer and Chisel was Total Body Chisel. I really like this one because it is so reminiscent of my old gym workouts that I used to do. I have no picture nor can I find my post from the first time I did this workout…… is this the first time I’ve done this one? I don’t think so….. hmmm.

Oh well, it was great because I was right in my former comfort zone of 3 sets of 10 of basic bodybuilding moves. Ah, memories. You and I had a good time together, weights. Still do! Just in a different way. 🙂

Viking to Vegan 

I blogged this morning about the fact that I am eating a vegetarian diet for the rest of this week in preparation for the vegan 3 Day Refresh cleanse that I start Sunday. It’s a vegan plan but I won’t be entirely vegan because I opted to use my vanilla Shakeology rather than go with one of the vegan flavors offered.

So here is my first vegetarian day. I am really trying to consume more produce. Because of this I made a smoothie today with spinach, kale, blueberries, almond milk, and cinnamon….. it was ok haha. Not amazing. Back to the drawing board.

    Long time no see
    Sorry about that but I’m not much online anymore

    As you know I was a vegan some years ago and I loved it but it takes an effort to cook cause there’s all that preparation when it comes to beans and veggies. I used a lot of spices and made a lot of humus.
    I know you don’t cook much so you might find it boring cause there’s a lot of yummy dishes to make but they take time to prepare. I made a lot of Indian dishes as they are all vegetarian and it is easy to make them vegan. I love all the spices you use

    I’m still thinking about being vegan again but lchf makes me so relaxed about food and I don’t have to think about food all the time as I did when I was vegan. But I miss some of the dishes, and rice! I love jasmin rice and basmati Rice for Indian food

    Oh well maybe in the future when I’ve reached my goal weight

      Hey, not being online is definitely NOT a bad thing. So good to hear from you! That’s right, you were a vegan for years! Ugh, yeah you know I love preparation…lol
      I’m just a vegan for 3 days next week, and a vegetarian until then. Today and yesterday went well lol. Thank you for these tips. I really do want to start making recipes.
