Welcome to my summer ready Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge. This challenge is running until June 21, 2017. You can follow along or you can join in at anytime, no charge.
The point of this challenge:
- Be in the best possible shape for summer.
- Show that we can commit to something and that it pays off.
- Clean up our diets, our bodies, and our minds.
How the Challenge will play out:
- Eat 5-6 small clean meals a day of protein, fat, and produce.
- Do a 25-45 minute workout 6 days each week with 1 rest day.
- Eat 1 indulgent meal each week, whatever you like.
- Show up.
I will be posting exactly what I do on here everyday, if at any point you want to commit, I will help you come up with your own plan if you need it, otherwise we can just support each others journeys and hold each other accountable.
