Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge!

Good morning!

Welcome to my summer ready Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge. This challenge is running until June 21, 2017. You can follow along or you can join in at anytime, no charge.

The point of this challenge:

  • Be in the best possible shape for summer.
  • Show that we can commit to something and that it pays off.
  • Clean up our diets, our bodies, and our minds.

How the Challenge will play out:

  • Eat 5-6 small clean meals a day of protein, fat, and produce.
  • Do a 25-45 minute workout 6 days each week with 1 rest day.
  • Eat 1 indulgent meal each week, whatever you like.
  • Show up.

I will be posting exactly what I do on here everyday, if at any point you want to commit, I will help you come up with your own plan if you need it, otherwise we can just support each others journeys and hold each other accountable.

  1. Yay! I’m so ready to commit to upping my game. I’ve come up with a plan for myself too. It’s kinda close to what you’re doing so I’ll do it with you. I’m gonna do meat and veggies three times a day, a collagen shake, a fruit and a kombucha. And I’m gonna hop back on my kettle bell band wagon, it’s 20 minutes three times a week. Once I get that established I want to add in some HIIT, circuits and yoga too. Let’s do this!! Woohoo!!!

    1. Oh my gosh, your plan is actually EXTREMELY similar!!! I have kombucha included in my day too!!! Yes!! Thank you for doing this with me Anne. You are always so inspiring! šŸ’—šŸ’—šŸ’—

      1. No joke, Nick and I each drink a kombucha everyday. I just did the math. It’s about $50 a week!!! I shouldn’t have done that, lol!

      2. You know what, you spend your money somewhere. I enjoy the kombucha, it’s good for gut health, and it’s feels like a litter indulgence. I also enjoy a glass of wine at night which costs money but I don’t feel great when I do that. I know they say it’s supposed to be healthy, it makes me from lousy if I have one everyday. I like this having much better.

  2. You already look like you’re in great shape Angela! Your commitment is so inspiring. I have been slacking on my workouts the past couple of weeks, so I need to get back into my routine of 4-5 days at the gym. I had some wheat products the past couple of days and I woke up with a migraine this morning. This just tells me (once again) that I do better without grains. I would like to follow along to help me with accountability.

    1. Yes!!! I’m so glad. Not that you’ve been slacking off lol but that you need the accountability! I always love seeing your progress on here.
      Oh and thank you for the sweet words, but I need fruit and veggies in my life lol. I’ve become such a Viking!
