Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge!

We are at Jason’s grandmother’s but here is today’s food! If you started today post your food and workout if you did one here. Today was my rest day. I hope you all had a great weekend and are super pumped to rock this week!

  1. I took today to not have a meal plan because I’m all in on this one. Since the last challenge where I gave up sugar I’ve kept up with it pretty good and I actually lost three pounds, so a cheat day today feels deserved, especially because I’m heading into this new challenge 1000% dedicated. Here’s my “I didn’t quite start the challenge yet” Sunday:

    B: fruits and greens larabar
    L: plate on Mexican goodness, chicken, cheese, tortillas, pico de Gallo, a ton of cilantro and salsa
    S: some gluten free cookies
    D: BBQ pork meatloaf, corn and potatoes
    S: my favorite jellybeans ever!
    I also had two small lattes and a kombucha

    Exercise: a short neighborhood run with the family. At 22 degrees I had a hard time breathing. I’m still coughing from my pneumonia too which didn’t help. But at least I did something!

      Looks good! Mexican is so good. I almost put that as my favorite thing to go out for. Oh I finally got some of those Larabars with the greens. And kind actually has a new one too that doesn’t have anything.
      So readily to get going!!! 1000 %!!!!! Let’s go!

  2. Hey Lady!
    I’ve been up since 4:23 am and cleaned the house. Not my daily clean but the condition the leather couches, clean out and scrub all cupboards, scrub the tile and crout! The stuff that makes you work up a sweat! My usual weekend work out…. plus since you started the new challenge I went t a new gym today and worked shoulders hard and then a little heavy glute work! Felt good. Except my lower back is now throbbing. That was my first real work out since my accident. (And it was with out Carsen😬)
    Food was usual.

    Dinner was grilled boneless skinless chicken thighs(new fav! Boo to chicken breasts ! Lol) with tomatillo and acocado.
    I also made homemade scratch tortillas today. With coconut oil instead of shortening! Soooooo yummy! So I had one of those with the chicken!
