I was thinking that it might motivate us a lot more if we share some sort of before and after picture. It doesn’t have to be be a full body progress pic, maybe just your face or your bicep. But full body is good too! Whatever you want, just something physical to compare on June 21st. I can even do a post to show all of our progress! I think it will be neat to see everyone’s changes.
You certainly don’t have to do progress pics. I just find them very motivating. It’s cool to look back and see how far you’ve come!

Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge!
How was today? Tuesday is the test. We are always super motivated on Monday but then can fizzle out as soon as Tuesday! Is the fire still lit? If not, let’s get our heads in the game because as always, tomorrow is a brand new start!
