I am still blogging my way through the Master’s Hammer and Chisel. I can’t remember what day I am on now but I have been plugging along consistently and today was another session of Chisel Agility! This one is my fav. 🙂
I love what Autumn Calabrese says during this workout. It’s so true!
Pick your hard! I don’t know about you but I find eating healthy and doing a 30 minute workout a whole heck of a lot easier than oh, say, ALL of these….
- Heart disease
- High blood pressure
- Lack of focus
- Terrible PMS
- Feeling powerless over food
And we all know that list could go on.

Like I said above, this is my favorite workout in the whole bunch because it is not only a workout for your body, but a workout for you MIND as well!
I am getting so much better at the plank taps!
If you caught my first Chisel Agility post, I learned that my listening skills definitely needed sharpening. I only messed up once this morning so I am getting better! There is still MUCH improvement to be made in the area of agility for me though. But I still really enjoy this workout!
What I am Eating
I have been logging my food everyday in my Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge posts. I am still rocking the vegan thing this week. Today is Day 3 of what I call Viking to Vegan. I have to say I am so surprised at how much I love it! I feel really great and I am delighted to see that having oatmeal in the morning and fruit during the day hasn’t made me gain any weight. After all the low carbing, I have to admit that I had gotten a little afraid of carbs. So all is well in vegan land so far. Of course I will keep you updated, but here is an example of what I have been eating the past 3 days.
