Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge! March 20, 2017
I cannot express to you the delight I felt reading all of your comments from the weekend posts. You ladies are absolutely blowing this challenge away. I love that we are already getting results 2 weeks in and all of you are killing me with your mindset. ROCK freaking Stars. Gah! (as Anne says lol)
Here are some of our food and fitness stuff!
Here’s Sarah’s BCAA’s and she made the coconut flaxseed bread that Christine gave her the recipe for!
Anne made clean pork fried rice! You and Sarah are so good at making faux restaurant food!
Christine made this amazing pesto chicken casserole with cauliflower rice and then these chocolate nutty treats made with just 3 ingredients. Nut butter, coconut oil, and chocolate protein powder sweetened with stevia. Yummy!
Then here is my fav vegan concoction right now. Normandy blend and fungus with dijon mustard and flaxseed. 🙂
How was the start to the week? Mine was good. Here’s my food and my workout was MHC Max Hammer Strength. Getting lower on my squat haha!
