I have been up forever! Haha! Anna got up at 3:30am and stayed awake for 2 hours. After she finally went back to sleep, I just got up for the day. I’m ok, just 99% caffeine.

And this doesn’t really have to do with our challenge but wook at Sarah’s Angus…… snuggle snuggle. I want to snuggle him all day.

  1. Totally congested. Ugh. But I don’t feel too terrible. Weird. I’m resting anyway because pushing myself into pneumonia once this winter is enough for me!

    B- Angela’s blueberry nut “cereal”
    S- blueberry Rx bar. Amazing!! Get one then thank me!
    S- collagen shake
    L- mint vega bar. Good, but coconut was better.
    D- homemade pork fried rice, kombucha
    S- I always have an evening snack but I just don’t feel like it tonight. I’m a little scared of myself, lol!

    Exercise: rest again. Trying to get better!

    I haven’t started my journal yet. I just got it. But I can’t wait!! I’ve been writing my food in a list on printer paper so it’s an upgrade!

    Pets. Oh dear do I have pets. Lol! 😂😂
    1) a 150 lb mastiff
    2) a 50 lb hound dog
    3) a bearded dragon
    4) a red euromastyx
    5) a leopard gecko
    6) a ball python
    7) a savannah monitor
    8) a pacman frog
    We actually have a “reptile room.” I do love animals, as long as they have no more than four legs, lol! I really want a chameleon and poison dart frogs too. And technically I’m a crazy cat lady, but I’m still mourning my last two babies and I’m not ready.

    I’m not crazy. I swear. 😂

    1. Wow! I had a bearded dragon. His name was Omar and he’s the reason I got my cat, Q. I went to buy his disgusting bugs to eat and fell in love with this kitten. So I got bugs and a cat!

      1. Awesome! I hate the bugs too, but the lizards are so cute! And cats are the best!!

    2. Ugh, well I’m glad it’s not TOO bad. I love that even when you had pneumonia your messages on here still come across like you are happy lol. Hope everyone feel better!
      I have been wanting to try the RX bar! I will get some when I am out next.
      Wow a zoo!!! Your son must love it. Ugh, I remember when you lost the one. 😦 So difficult! I dread the day when I have to go throught it for Cody.

  2. I’ve pretty much slept ALL day! I got NO sleep again last night. Up at 12:40, 1:50, and then up completely at 3:40. I haven’t slept past 4am in weeks. So I feel you angela! Today was the first time I napped though. I literally fell apart. I worked out at 5:45 for an hour and then took my kids to school and then passed out. Until noon. Woke up for an hour and then back to sleep until 5. Every muscle in my body aches and I’m sweating and then freazing.

    My son brought me medicine crackers he said. Lol
    Handful of carrots and strawberries
    Banana coconut muffin
    And scrambled egg white with a pinch of cheese and tomatillos
    I never feel like eating well when I’m under the weather. So weird. You’d think you’d crave healthy things.
    I noticed I’m not very specific about my food. All my vega bars are chocolate coconut sport protein bars. I’ve tried then all. Peanut butter is ok but I usually stick to chocolate coconut. My coffee is black and I take a boat load of supplements and proteins. Lol
    The only good thing today was that Carsen did my body fat and I was 18.89 % not bad😉

    1. Oh yuck! I hope you feel better! I never want healthy food when I’m sick either. My go to comfort food used to be McDonald’s!! Now I’ve realized it’s just that I just want warm carbs when I’m sick so I can keep that clean usually.

      1. That’s so funny that you say that because whenI was morning sick I had no problem eating their breakfast sandwiches and ate them often. 😦 Both times being pregnant was like being taken over by aliens.

  3. Sorry everybody is so sick! I am totally a journal, writing utensil, school supplies junkie! I just love all that stuff! I have a new journal and some washi tape I’ve been meaning to put to use so maybe this is a perfect use for it! Yesterday was pretty good. I realized I really can’t take pre-workout while nursing so that is disappointing but he will be a year old in 2 weeks so I think I can hold off lol. I’m just ready to be back in control of my own body and get into good shape.

    B: chia pudding and coffee
    S: clementine and a few cashews
    L: Taco “meat” and veggies
    S: banana, clementine, protein shake
    D: cauliflower rice stir fry (it was ok but I think I chopped the cauliflower too fine so it was a little mushy), clementine, handful of pretzel sticks (I need to get these things out of my house)

    25 min arm & ab workout. Was up 2 pounds when I stepped on the scale this morning but I’m ignoring it/pretending its muscle 🙂

      1. It’s decorative tape for notebooks and planners. I’ve seen it on Etsy and been wanting to try it but it can be kind of expensive so I was excited when I found an assorted pack with 6 different patterned designs at the dollar tree

  4. Hope you all are feeling better ! I am just beginning to feel 99.9 back to normal from a sinus thing back in February. Finally no cough.

    WOW ! Anne, I would have never guessed the lizard, frog, snake etc… Your son’s friends must think he is the coolest kid around, lol !

    Yesterday was a total day of cleaning. Finally took shower at 5:00. Was to go grocery shopping but I was so exhausted. I had gotten up early. Of course, because I am old, lol, a full day of cleaning tired me out. In bed at 9:00.

    B: vega w/frozen spinach, frozen cherries, 2 frozen slices banana, cinnamon, hemp, coconut milk
    S: celery w/peanut butter
    L: homemade minestrone soup, added 1/8 c brown rice, a bit of a smoothie I made for hubby
    S: Apple slices on brown rice cake w/smear of peanut butter
    D: seasoned pork chops, roasted acorn squash
    S: a sugar cookie. Hubby had a craving and while I napped on the couch, he made these ??? WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. YUCK !

    Exercise – mopping, vacuuming = very tender back 😫. Side standing donkey kicks, deep squats, lunges

  5. I did the same thing as you for my workout today. I woke up late and it totally through my whole day off! Not a bad day but just a little chaotic.
    Ugh, poor back!
