    Wednesday foods~

    B. Vega w/frozen spinach, frozen cherries, cinnamon, unsw coconut milk, water
    S. Greek yogurt w/1/2 scoop vega,
    L. Chef salad
    S. A few raw cashews, raisins
    D. Leftover beef shepards pie

    Exercise ~ increased to 36 count of each and increased weight with each.

    hammer curls, chest flys, overhead extensions, overhead pushes, butterflies, tricep extension, rowing, chest presses, squats, lunges, curtsey lunges

  2. My poor child got off the bus with a fever today. 😩 Went tight to the doctor and the poor kid has an ear infection. Done. With. Winter. I’m so sad for him. And this couldn’t happen yesterday so he could be home with me today? No. Of course not. So he’s gonna be with grandma tomorrow and I’ll leave work early. I did have a nice me day today though. Whole Foods was so much fun! Then I listened to jazz and baked paleo Muffins. It was so relaxing. Then I tried to do yoga but I started to feel my hip again so I’m going to continue to rest. I totally over ate today. Weekdays off are a challenge for me. It’s such a treat so I just take it to the max. I refuse to feel bad about it though. It doesn’t happen often and it was fun. I deserve it once in a while. And if I refuse to feel guilty then I’ll just pick back up where I left off tomorrow instead of beating myself up and then giving up. I’m very happy with how healthy this state of mind feels. I’ve always had a good relationship with food, but this just made it even better. Yay! So a cheat day but a total victory!

    B-blueberry almond “cereal”
    L- vega one bar
    S- an entire five serving bag of cassava chips. Oops. They are so good!
    S- 1/2 and apple
    D- curry chicken and veggies over beet noodles. This was so dang clean is almost makes up for my other indiscretions, lol! And it was so pretty!!
    S- ice cream.
    Sick kid+sore throat=ice cream
    My house+ice cream=I must have some. I will fully enjoy it too, lol

    Exercise- failed yoga attempt. Pain sucks.

    1. It sounds like you had a wonderful day to yourself Anne. Your indulgences sound delicious. Too bad your little boy got sick, I’m sure grandma will take good care of him.

    2. Ugh! So sorry your little guy is sick! man!!! This winter is just the gift that keeps on giving isn’t it? Ugh!
      But I love your cheat lunch so much. An clean eating introverts dream lol!

  3. Wednesday’s food:

    B – coffee with cream, ~1 oz mixed nuts
    L – pesto chicken, roasted vegetables
    S – ham, cheese, olives, raw veggies
    D – bacon, egg, avocado
    S – dark chocolate (Green and Black’s 70%)

  4. It was so good to be back to normal yesterday–and back to the gym! I never thought I would be one of those people who miss the gym. And today I forgot my gym bag so I can’t work out at lunch and I’m bummed!

    Yesterday I did 20 min legs and abs.

    B: Coffee protein shake & banana
    S: Larabar, banana, clementine
    L: leftover veggie pasta
    S: apple
    The baby was super fussy and fell asleep on me so I never got around to eating dinner lol

      Oh man, you are so much better than me. My kids have had had food on there heads numerous times from me eating while holding them haha!

  5. Morning! Yesterday was one of those days. Anyway it 5:20 and we are off to a better start today already!
    Yesterday was the same as always food wise and I did a hour at the gym – glutes heavy weights.
    I’m so looking forward to this new day! Like Anne I have a sick child home today as well. I don’t have anyone to watch him though so he’s coming to work with mama! I’m my own boss and don’t work in an office. This is one of the perks. Tayloring my day to suit my babies:-)

  6. Here’s my food! WHY am I so boring?!!! Same exact stuff and it’s the same stuff today too.
    B- Shakeo in overnight oats
    S- Apple, seaweed
    L- Veggie bowl, 2tbs hummus, 1c cherries, 1/4c almonds (SLICED) so good
    S- Renew me smoothie
    D- Same as lunch
    Workout was MHC Chisel Cardio
