You ladies are back and on fire!!! You were never really gone, but in yesterday’s comments you ladies were kicking serious challenge butt. And on a Wednesday at that! Wednesday is usually the fall of the wagon day. Great work ladies!!!

Kathleen is in this challenge but she doesn’t comment often. She is kicking serious butt as well though (down 3 pounds this week) and here is a bunch of her food!

My food and workout!
I only have four more workouts in The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. Today was Max Hammer Strength. You do one minute of reps with no wight, then 8 reps at your max weight. Whoa. Burn! I did not worout in my basement today but I still made the pictures black and white so that you can’t see all the crap that’s under my sofa! Ugh! Messy, messy, messy. My whole damn house.
