I talked to Kathleen on the phone yesterday…… yeah, she lost 8 POUNDS last week. This quote from her keeps ringing in my mind today….
“I feel so amazing! And it goes past eating healthy and working out. Now that I feel good I feel like I can do anything! I’m adulting the crap out of my day!”
Hahaha! I love that so much! Isn’t that true though? My diet and workouts literally enable me to take on the day. I am so thankful to God for my healthy lifestyle and hearing things like this bring me such joy.

Today’s food! Workouts was MHC: Hammer Plyometrics. My lungs hurt at the end haha.
