Wowee what a busy (but fabulous!) day that’s still going! So this post is going to be a short and sweet check-in post.

Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge!

Here are a few pics of my food today and my workout was 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga.

Oh and some of my grocery haul! Cherries!!!

  1. sounds like a great day 😀. I took my parents to our lake house for lunch. Left house by nine so only had time for a quick twelve minute walk/jog about property with dog before leaving for my day. Also did some random squats. 10 closed leg when waiting for dog to pee, 10 when I was folding laundry & ten more before I put on pjs.

    B. Vega vanilla w/frozen spinach, frozen strawberries, cinnamon, 1 c uns almond milk, water
    S. Mini mini snickers, snack pack m&m’s
    L. Garden salad w/scoop tuna, slice Italian bread
    S. Kind bar, green tea
    D. Homemade pizza w/ bacon, artichoke, spinach, onion, peppers, roasted red pepper, chickpeas,
    Garlic, smear sauce, dollop ricotta, bit shredded cheddar
    S. 1/2 siggis Greek yogurt, 4 frozen cherries, pinch uns flaked coconut, cinnamon, squirt whipped

    1. Lol! Mary for some reason I was reading your comment thinking you were Christine! Lol! I was so surprised she didn’t say anything about the candy but it was you! You daily treat lol.
      Those Siggi’s are THE BEST

  2. Ahh, the candy is almost gone! Phew. So I am totally scary busy until Sunday. Crazy work, baseball game and opening day, need to grocery shop, birthday party and I need to buy presents, and need to find a dress for next weekend, and a doctors appointment. Aaahhhhhh!!!!!!! But I’m getting my workouts in because mornings rock! So nice to be busy but not feel like it’s getting the best of me because I have a foolproof plan. What a difference in my life. Between 6:30 and 7 am you know where to find me!

    B- Angela cereal
    S- collagen shake
    L- kielbasa and the best smoothie ever! Cherries, mixed dark greens, avocado and turmeric. So yummy!!
    S- raisins and two small chocolates. That is major progress people!
    D- chicken and organic GF mac and cheese. Wow, best mac ever!
    S- kombucha.

    Exercise- 20 minute cray cray abs. #sparklenotsweat

    Made my meal plan for next week tonight. I’m excited! I love food!!

    1. I love that you named the “cereal” after me lol! Great job getting your workouts in despite the chaos! I swear there was something in the air this week. It was nuts! I couldn’t even bare to look at a computer scene last night.
      What kind of mac n cheese did you get?
