This week was nothing short of crazy but I am still going to share a win right along with the rest of you haha!

My win is that I finally figured out my 21 Day Fix container plan! Haha! I definitely should have prepared more. First, I had to figure out what I was going to do for vegan proteins then after a few days of starving to death and then eating my house I realized I was following the wrong plan! See, I have this thing with directions……I don’t like to read them……

Anyway, NOW I am all set and good to go! So my win for the week is that I finally figured everything out. 🙂

My other win should be that I learned to read directions but I am certain that this did not occur.

Here’s today’s food and workout was plyometrics!

    Win for the week was sticking to my plan, navigating all the Easter treats. (Had some but did not exceed my macros at all) huge win for me.:-)
    I ate my usual . Vega bars and coffee. Three meals, and protein shake.
    Work out today was glutes. My fav💕
    Hope you all have a great weekend! Are their any farmers markets open in your areas yet????? Any one else excited?!?

  2. I am still going to the gym but not eating right and we all know you can’t out-train a bad diet. I really need to get my head back in the game. Since I have gone off the rails with too much eating out and too much chocolate, I find that my cravings are out of control! The only time I really felt in control of my appetite was when I did a LCHF diet, so I am thinking about trying that again. I never went extreme low carb but still lost weight slowly and felt great.

    My win is that I am still here even though I just want to give up! Thanks for keeping this going Angela and all the other lovely ladies.

  3. Hello ladies. Just catching up. I’ve been MIA once again. I seem to be all over the page with life lately. Also, once again daughters live~in bf moved out suddenly Friday night. I guess it is best as he was cheating with past girlfriends. So…Mommy duties and attention have been directed to her through this time. Damn, mentally exhausting !! Been doing good with food and exercise. I was trying to keep iPad time to a minimum. That means no scrolling through Facebook.
    Well, food not totally good, I have to admit, I did have ice cream last night. Just had to happen.
    I have increased the pounds of Dumbbells. I am getting discouraged though. Arms looking bigger with not much definition. I want sculpted arms with muscle definition !!!! I.can.never.win ! I know I’m stronger. Just not getting the look. I also slimmed hips but that just makes my pooch look bigger! I HATE MY LIFE ! Haha, just kidding, I just had to {scream} that !! I always have such a struggle with weight loss and whatnot !

    So…Monday morning. Have no plan. !?! I need a challenge but don’t know if I am mentally ready for it. I guess just keeping clean and less focus, mentally, will bring me to where I need to be.

    Ang, what do you suggest for the muscle definition ? Less weight, more reps ? It just seems boring to use lighter weight when I can handle heavier ones. Should I alternate ? I have been doing every day. Should I skip days ?

    My goal is to add walking to my days. At least two walks per week. At least three miles per walk. Need to keep that heart strong.

    Off to make smoothie for breakfast. Get my day going. Have dental appt mid morning.

    Hopes to return daily. I need to post foods. I need to get back in the game. Christine…I think we are traveling the same roadways 😜😬. As expected, change of seasons always mess me up !

    1. Lol!!! You are hilarious Mary.
      Muscle definition only comes when you build muscle and then shed the fat off. So what you would do is when you have a higher calories day, work the muscle group that you want to grow afterward. So if you want to grow your glutes, train your glutes with heavy weights the day after an indulgent day. Then for every other day, make sure to stick to your weight loss calories train heavy then too of course and make sure to include cardio.
