  1. So I took an unintentional break from logging food this weekend. It was nice! I was so busy I just didn’t have the time, but because of the discipline I’ve developed here I think I did a great job with food choices even without the consequence of having to log it. My guess is that I did a good 80/20 and I’m so happy with that. This challenge will end eventually and I feel confident that I can continue to eat well without the blaring accountability. I managed to eat lunch out clean on Saturday, pick gluten free pizza and salad at a party that night and skip the cake. We did get ice cream after, which as opposed to cake was so worth it. Then Sunday I did awesome except for some skittles. But not even that many. Yay! Oh!!!! I forgot! I ate a real gluten donut Friday. Eww. The first third was good, the second third was like this isn’t so great and the last third was gross but I figured well hell, if I’m doing it I may as well finish. Then I got an anxiety attack. Never again. Spectacular lesson. I haven’t had any gluten, and not even that many grains, in over six months. This is my new life and I love it. I’m never going back!

    B- Angela cereal
    S- collagen shake
L- veggies, breakfast sausage and nutritional yeast in coconut oil
    S- trail mix
    D- paleo pancakes
    S- kombucha

Exercise- arms and shoulders. I was shaking!

So life this week is a little quieter than the last. But what a great fun busy week I just finished! My son had opening day for baseball. To see him with his hat over his little chest during the national anthem brought tears to my eyes. And I finally got the weeping cherry tree I wanted in my front yard!! So pretty! Happy Monday dear friends!!

    1. You have to take a break from the screen every now and then. There was a day a last week when I didn’t post because my eyes were killing me!
Congratulations on the fit life being second nature!!!! Such a good feeling when you can just go on autopilot for the most part.
Shoulders are the best! And you sure have nice ones. I’m sure they have only gotten better since the last time I saw them.
      Happy Tuesday Anne!

  2. Those moments when you realize your child is getting bigger and growing up…bittersweet ! I miss those days and wish I could have a redo so I would know when to actually stress over things rather than to have always be stressed over things !! Enjoy your young and innocent children girls for they grown up so fast and then get a mind of their own, lol !!

I don’t even know when I posted last. Days seem to be a blurrrrrrr. Having a bit of anxiety and I do not like that feeling at all. Losing sleep, mind constantly on issue at hand which is not even my issue but that of my daughter. A Moms worry and concerns never ever go away.

Hmm, let’s see….yesterday I gardened for hours and did 30 squats and 30 lunges. That’s was it for exercise. Starting to feel everything is pointless. I know it isn’t but I just needed to be mad about it for a few minutes and make a bitchy comment to push me through.

    Food-

    B. Vega vanilla w/frozen spinach, frozen strawberries, cinnamon, 1 c unsw almond milk
    S. Venison sausage veggie quiche
    L. Vega/chocolate w/water
    S. Apple slices, rice cake, pn butter, a few mixed nuts w/raisins
    D. Homemade split pea ham soup

Mentally exhausted. Went to bed early 8:45.

It’s 4:25 on Tuesday afternoon. Just made our dinner. Had appt with daughter. Feeling lazy and fully dressed in reg clothes (this is why I like to be in exercise wear) but my hopes are to feel guilty when walking by my weights and that will shame me into picking them up and pushing out an upper workout 💪😜😁😛

    1. Ugh, I know! Ryan is started pre-k in August and I am a wreck! 😥
I saw that you asked a question but didn’t get a chance to answer it so I will look tonight! Anna is screaming right now 😦
      But great day Mary!!!
