Ok so continuing on with our themed days, THIRSTY THURSDAY! Because sometimes you just want something more than water.

Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge!

What do you drink when you want a little something more than water but want to keep it healthy?

We all know I love these. So does Anne and I’m pretty Mary too. But I tried a new flavor! It’s pretty good! My favorite is still Lavender Love though. I am trying to figure out what that is in the bottom right corner of the picture. I thought it was a tiny hand but now I’m not sure haha!

Food was the SAME as yesterday so I will use yesterday’s Picmonkey. 🙂 Workout was 21 Day Fix Extreme: Dirty 30! Owie owie owie.

  1. Love me some kombucha! I also like to add a splash of organic lemonade or straight lemon juice to my water. And I love flavored seltzer. And herbal tea. My favorite beverage ever in the history of time is fresh hot cider, but that’s a sugar bomb so it doesn’t happen often.

    Food today was terrible. Luncheon at work. I just gave in. Ugh. But I did throw out the bread and didn’t have any cookies! Thank you thank you thank you Sarah for bringing up our seemingly communal sugar problem since Easter! We must take control back! I’m getting nowhere. I’m maintaining well because I’ve figured out the exercises, but imagine what I could do with diet AND exercise! I’ve mastered each alone. The time has come to put them together. Tomorrow is a new beginning!

    1. Why do I never think to put lemon in anything? Good idea lol.
      I love your honesty! And I love Sarah’s idea too! When should we start? Monday? Or when?
      Yes today is a new day!!!

      1. I’m starting today because if I wait until Monday it’s just an excuse to blow the weekend. I figure if I start today and I screw up it won’t be too bad because at least it won’t be on purpose. Lol!

      2. I started yesterday. I can’t put tbings off anymore that need to be done. It’s a bad cycle for me if I do. Day one complete. It was tough but I did it. I didn’t eat the sweets last night but I did munch on some pop corn. Oh well I figure if I eat a little extra of something non sweet to get me through the fist days of no bad sugar it the lesser of two evils. Kind of like the stop smoking patch! Lol. That’s what they need a quit the sugar patch!!!

  2. Workout was upper body 24/30 count. Too lazy to list but they were the usual. Also some lower body.

    B. Vega, unsw almond milk, frozen spinach, frozen strawberries, cinnamon

    S. Sisters homemade carrot cake, orange
    D. Beef burger w/ onions, peppers, corn,brown rice

  3. Morning! Sorry I didn’t post last night I fell asleep putting Grayson to bed. I love that! Lol so I started to kick the sugar yesterday. Meal plan was back to what works for me.
    Vega bars and coffee along with 2-3 good meals.
    I realize that vega bars do have sugar, but it’s not something that gives me cravings or takes me off track. Or even makes me feel gross. I guess maybe that it’s not HFCS and it’s consumed with protein so their is no blood sugar spike. None the less, it actually keeps me on track with a treat with out over indulging and keeping it clean.
    I’ve gotten into spiralizi g my veg and I love it! My fav right now is parsnips in coconut oil and salt and pepper. So yummy! Well here’s to day two for me! Anyone how wants to join let’s do it!!! We can have an official start if you like, but I say no time like the present. And let’s not put off till Monday what needs to be done now. The bad that’s happening in your body won’t wait till Monday…..

    1. We obviously are all sugarless already but I will do an official post Sunday. Some like to take the weekend off of posting.
      Everyone has these spiralizers. I need one.

      1. Get the cheap as seen on tv vegetti one. I bought a big fancy one and I hate using it because I don’t want to drag it out.

      2. You’ve got the biggest head start here lady!! You floor me with your will power!!! I can’t believe you’ve been sugarless since October! I bow down🙏🏼 Lol seriously!

      3. I’m going to google that Anne. I have three now. One wastes half the vegetable, one just sucks, and the other is larger and a pain to clean. I’m going to check your out! Thanks!
