My win this week IS weight related and it is that I am the lightest and smallest that I have been since before I had my 4 year old! It’s nuts!!! High five yall!

Here’s today’s food and my workout was 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga. Nutritional yeast! Yummy yummy yummy.

  1. Aah, Friday, I love you! Tough week here. Busy on my calendar and in my head. I’m going to sleep so early tonight! So my win is being sugarless again! I’m excited to see what I can do this weekend.

    B- Angela cereal
    L- sausage, veggies
    S- two sour patch kids. My son gave them to me. Too cute! I couldn’t say no. He hands them to me and in this super sweet voice says “mommy, I want you to have these cause I love you.” I’m a sucker for that!
    D- gf chicken patty and a slice of gf toast with kerrygold butter. I don’t know why but I just really wanted this meal. lol!
    S- kombucha and a vega bar. Not enough food today so I’m starved. And that is a huge win. Not a bag of cheese doodles. Not five packs of fruit snacks. Not eight spoons of Nutella. Yay! PS- it seems vitamin shoppe is no longer going to carry vega bars so they are all half off! Stock up!!

    Exercise- arms and shoulders. Ouch. I love it!

    I’ve got a fun weekend. Enjoy ladies!!

    1. Good job Anne! Do you find the first few days difficult with cravings? I do. It’s also that time of the month again so not great timing on my part to quit the sugar. I feel like I did when I quit smoking and when I quit Diet Pepsi back in February (thanks again Angela😉)what do you do to curb it? Right now it’s just pure will power and the challenge. It’s only a problem at night for me.
      And my mouth watered when I read sour patch kids. I love those!

      1. Night time is super hard for me too. And right after lunch. I’ve figured out recently that apples tend to do the trick for me do I bring an applesauce pouch in my lunchbox to work for after lunch if I need and my cinnamon apple in the evening hits the spot too. Although last night the vega bar was awesome. I usually don’t have enough room for that in the evening though.

      1. I did change! I’ve got something in the works over here. Humble Little Life was a blog I was gonna start but I’ve decided to go in a different direction.

    2. Yay! For sugarless!!! We’ve got this weekend 🙌 But just so Eve knows, I still drink wine and beer and it will likely be my cheat!

  2. Idk if I had any wins so to say. Unrelated to food, I did manage to get two appt in this week that I have ignored. Haircut and dental cleaning. I did get in exercise at least three days. When doing my lunges, I really focused on form and made them totally beneficial. I got together with my sister yesterday at the local vineyard. Not a win as far as healthy, lol, but we enjoyed wine, cheese and crackers in the beautiful setting of the vineyard courtyard. Sunny, peaceful and LOVELY ! Plus, we have both had a stressful week and it was nice to just talk and release. I have been just doing what I want to be doing as far as food. Not totally horrible but last night we went to our favorite old style pub for pizza and a salad. Not too much, just enough to end the crave. This weekend we will be at our lake house. Getting a grill so we can cook out. Thinking steak for tonight.

      So necessary though. Although we now have the BEST dentist so it’s not too bad.

  3. I did pretty well all week cutting back on carbs but then we went out after work and I had pizza and beer. This morning I woke up with a headache, so I had to miss my Body Pump class. Some lessons are harder for me to learn!

    I will get back on track this weekend.

    1. Christine!!! Did you read that we are all going sugarless next week? It was Sarah’s idea and I thought you would especially love it.
      I will be having something beer like tonight!
