Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge!

I’m so excited that everyone is sugarless this week! To me life is definitely sweeter withOUT the sweet stuff. I can’t wait to see how you feel on Sunday!

Here’s today’s food and my workout was 21 Day Fix Extreme: The Fix Challenge. I had an extra motivational Monday today as well due to my new workout shorts! Nothing says motivation like new exercise apparel haha.

  1. Ok. I’m in it! I did so good today. I had a few tough moments but I held strong! I touched sour patch kids and did not put ANY in my mouth! I almost grabbed a cough drop and gum but I remembered and put them down. I didn’t put my splash of maple syrup in my coffee. And I made popcorn to fill the munchie gap instead of fruit snacks.

    B- Angela cereal
    L- veggies, sausage and nutritional yeast, applesauce
    S- vega bar (I’m going to phase these out because of the sugar, but it stopped my from having worse!)
    D- chicken fried in coconut oil with GF bread crumbs and roasted red potatoes, kombucha
    S- air popped organic popcorn with kerrygold butter and pick Himalayan salt

    Exercise- rest. I’m so sore from my yard work, and I’ve got wicked cramps.

    Great day one!!!

    1. Anne that’s too funny.. I went to eat my sons vitamins. I love them. They are gummy worms that just full of fish oil. But they are soooo good!

  2. Well, I didn’t remember the sugarless week. 30 squats, standing donkey kicks, standing bird dogs, standing side leg raises.

    B. Almond flour pancakes, blueberries, Greek yogurt, drizzle syrup
    S. Orange, a few mixed nuts
    L. Vega vanilla w/frozen spinach, frozen blueberries, cinnamon, unsw. almond milk
    S. A few mixed nuts
    D. 3 scrambled eggs w/onions, peppers, a small potato, broc, mushrooms, Swiss, slice toasted
    Whole grain bread

  3. Day 1 went well, someone brought in home baked cookies and I didn’t even want one.

    B – coffee with cream
    L – ribs, salad with olive oil and lemon juice
    S – Quest bar
    D – Shiritaki noodles with homemade meat sauce and Parmesan
    S – cheese, nuts

    Exercise 30 minutes Yoga

  4. Yesterday went well for me too. Vega bars and coffee
    Chicken and corn
    Burger over wilted spinach with spicy relish
    Half a sautéed fennel in coconut oil
    Popcorn 🍿
    And I had one bite to try they rice crispy square things I made the kids. The where brown rice puff squares but I stuffed them with golden flax seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and one other that escaping me. So tasty. Declan did not like them while Grayson lived them(as usual)

    Exersice was shoulders at the gym.
