We all know what I’m going to say next…….  time flies way to fast.

I’m so glad that Anne has this amazing food to share because I took today as a rest day and my food was the same old same. Well except for the Strawberry Shakeology! I’m so surprised that I like it!

B- Strawberry Shakeology in overnight oatmeal
L- Berries, oatmeal, almonds, almond milk
D- Berries oatmeal, peanuts, almond milk
S- Tofu, broccoli, dijon mustard, nutritional yeast

  1. 😊 I just love how happy I look in that picture. Exercise really makes me a better person. I could barely hold the phone at that point, I pushed so hard in that workout I was shaking. I’m so sore today!! I can feel my quads jiggle with each step. They are shaping up finally. If only that looked as good as my arms! I’m on my way though. Struggling with the food a little still. I just want All. The. Treats. I’m just rolling with it right now because I know it will pass and then I will have something to cut from to make progress. I’m officially going to cut my calories down on Monday. Intermittent fasting time. It really helps me so much!

      Wow! Great work! Exercise makes most people a better person.
      Way to go hanging in there and not giving up even though you want to quit! I know you will keep us posted on the IF and calories.

  2. Hello ladies. What a little cutie pie looking all grown up. Sooo many tears shed when my daughter went off to kindergarten. Then as she got older…the tears came when she got home, lol !! Just kidding !!! Anne…wow ! Nice biceps there girl ! Totally jealous of the muscle you girls get. I’m convinced to believe that I will never get muscle. And I DO indeed give a good workout with upper.

    A good week with food. Been active outdoors. Mowed today (my walk behind mower) for 1 1/2 hrs. Up and down. Was tiring. Then I got on the mower to finish. Another 1 1/2 hours. Would never have finished. At one time I could. Kinda discouraging.

    I bought some strawberry vega. It’s ok. Like vanilla the most. Have been getting in two a day.
    Soup for lunch. Lighter homemade meals. Been feeling pretty yuck lately. Belly morphing. No doubt with drinking and ice cream I had been consuming. Making changes.

    1. Hi Mary! I miss you! I feel like I haven’t talk to you in a while but I know it’s my fault. 😦
      I still believe you can have some muscle!
      I agree, the vanilla is best.
      I think you are in need of a reboot. You just need some time to get some focus!
