Well today was very oatmeally.

The Vega in oatmeal was a failed experiment. 😦 It’s good in the smoothie though!

  1. Well now that song will be in my head all night, lol ! It will replace Tennessee whiskey that has been replayed for days. Love that song !

    Today was a mow day, rider because I had to do the entire lawn due to the fact of the rain and being away for the long weekend. Hours, hours, hours. Then some weeding. A few walks about to stretch the dog and will do one more before day ends.

    Food for the day :

    B: leftover oats w/strawberries
    S: carrots (as I chopped some for pea soup)
    L: Vega chocolate w/coconut milk, spinach, mango, avocado, hemp, cinnamon
    S: Graham crackers, a few raisins. The graham crackers are dangerous for me to have. I left them in the car. They are for this weekend. S’mores, firepit goers at the Lake.
    D: pork loin (pulled pork), salsa, dollops ricotta on a gf pizza crust

    1. Mary I have had that song in my head for weeks! It’s on one of Ryan’s movies. I found it fitting for us as well though lol.
      Graham crackers are dangerous for me too! Graham crackers/pb/milk mmmmm.

  2. I ate so much today! Ugh. I’m struggling to get back on track big time. Not giving up though. At least I’m on here confessing instead of silently hiding it. I’m definitely reaching my breaking point of falling off track though. I have gained a few pounds and now I can see and feel it. It’s subtle. Only I can see it. But still, it has to stop! It’s not healthy! I already laid out my plan for next week, but starting immediately I need to make a change so from here on out no candy, no chips, no bread! That’s doable, and based on the last week it’s a pretty big change so it must happen. On the plus side, the extra fuel has been great for my workouts, lol! Pray for me, I need some strength right now!

    1. I swaer if anything, just that fact that we have continued to show up in this extremely long challenge says SOMETHING lol.
