  1. Crazy busy but can I just say, I am so on it! I have been inspired over the last few days and it feels so good to be back in track! Got another beasty trampoline workout done this weekend and this morning I just did some body weight stuff. I did 30 super slow a** to the grass squats and I squeezed hard at the top. The I did, wait for it…….20 push-ups. 20!!! I’ve been working so hard for this and I cried when I stood up. So proud of myself! And today my food has been perfect. No sugar, almost totally organic. I never wanted to bother God with asking for help with my eating. I finally realized that I’m His child and He loves me. None of my problems are a bother to Him. They all matter to Him. I asked the Holy Spirit to fill my mind with good thoughts and give me the strength to eat foods that are good for me. I feel amazing. God is so good!

      1. God has been inspiring me. Mentally I’ve really been struggling, in many aspects, eating, and just my general outlook and mood. Over this past weekend I just had enough. I found out my friend with stage four breast cancer is in full remission and the overwhelming joy I felt for her made me realize I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Yet I couldn’t figure out how to help my mood. So I turned to God. Our willpower only does so much. We NEED Him to do the rest. I’ve been focusing on prayer and I have never felt better. Best decision I ever made was to invite the Holy Spirit into my mind to give me good thoughts. I feel clear and positive and in control again because really He is in control and I trust Him. Blessings!

      2. Oh I love this! I agree completely! Spending time with the Lord and letting Him speak to us instead of us just telling Him things. Changes everything! This is awesome Anne!

  2. So far so good with the 5:2 fast diet. Today was a 500 calorie day and I managed to get through my Body Pump class.

B – coffee with a little half and half
L – salad with 1 tsp olive oil, lemon and tuna
    S – miso soup, 15 almonds
D – pork tenderloin, roasted vegetables

I was a little hungry in the evening so I had a herbal tea and told myself that I just need to wait a few more hours and I can eat whatever I want in the morning.
