My Two Fav Flavors Now Come In Vegan! What Are The Odds???

So this morning I go to do my workout on Beachbody on Demand and what do I see??? Two new VEGAN Shakeology flavors. And what flavors are they??? That would be vanilla and cafe latte. What are the odds that 2 months into my vegan journey Shakeology comes out with two new vegan options that happen to be exactly MY two favorite flavors?! SO WEIRD! I’m so excited! I feel like I won something haha! Talk about a motivated Monday. Gah.

How to force weight loss, guaranteed fit for a lifetime!

There are many ways to get fit,  the best way is simply to diet with knowledge. It’s so powerful to have this and it can be learned fast if you go at it. There are hundreds types of diets out there,  many of them do work yet few who diet make it all the way to their desired physique and many who achieve it goes back to old habits.

Dietary knowledge:

With knowledge on many diets you can choose what diet method suits you and even combine several or switch between them when needed. For example, say you have a planned dinner and you know it will be a high caloric one then intermittent fasting is great on this particular day. Need to eat out often due to job or travel,  then hit IIFYM (if it fits your macros).

Knowledge on supplementation can do a lot for you. Supplements like caffeine, creatine,  vitamins and minerals all just give a small effect but combined together they do make quite a difference to your workouts.

Physical knowledge:

Knowledge on how to exercise,  what burns most calories and how to increase strength and endurance is key in a successful diet. There is such a huge difference between one going to the gym hitting random machines and another going there with a lifting program and focusing on progression. Understanding how to progressively getting stronger and how to avoid and overcome plateaus in fitness is valuable.

Psychological knowledge:

If you have knowledge or know many hacks (tricks) about hunger control it simplifies dieting a lot. The same goes with knowledge about how to count calories,  which is crucial so you don’t overeat nor undereat.

Having knowledge on developing good habits, manage willpower and become more disciplined will also be beneficial for you.

To summarize it you should focus on knowledge,  with that knowledge it’s not a question of how, rather a question of when you’ll hit your desired physique. Hi Everyone!

As a Beachbody coach, I know that not everyone is at a point to include a super intense Insanity Max 30 or 21 Day Fix Extreme workout to there daily routine………

But I KNOW that EVERYONE needs Shakeology.

I have been drinking Shakeology now for almost 7 months and I whole heartedly believe in it because of my own experience with it. It is the pep in my step, I am am FINALLY able to stick to a reduced calorie meal plan, and while everyone else I know was sick in bed this past winter……guess who wasn’t……this girl! And I have an infant who inhibits my sleep! In a time where I should have had a weak immune system and life should have piled up on me, I was able to serve my family, workout, lose all of my baby weight PLUS 10 pounds AND build my own business from my kitchen table. For real, my office is on the kitchen table haha.

Beginning April 7th, 2017, I am leading a group where we will be drinking Shakeology every single day for 30 days. The focus of this group will solely be to experience Shakeology to see how much better you feel when just making sure your body is getting the nutrition it really needs. More than likely, after the 30 days, you will have more energy to drive into making a healthy lifestyle for yourself! So the group is focused on Shakeology alone, but you will also be provided with tips and tricks for living a healthy and fit lifestyle and if you would like to add exercise into your 30 day plan, we will be using the Challenge Tracker App to make sure that we are consuming Shakeology consistently and you can also track your workout on there too! The Challenge Tracker App is really amazing because it tracks your progress, but everyone can also share their pictures, workouts, food, thoughts and everything they are doing in the privacy of our group. It’s like a Facebook group for the people that hate Facebook! And it tracks your progress!
