I’m so glad that Anne has this amazing food to share because I took today as a rest day and my food was the same old same. Well except for the Strawberry Shakeology! I’m so surprised that I like it!

B- Strawberry Shakeology in overnight oatmeal
L- Berries, oatmeal, almonds, almond milk
D- Berries oatmeal, peanuts, almond milk
S- Tofu, broccoli, dijon mustard, nutritional yeast

Hey everyone!

I’m back!

How’s everyone doing? Good I hope! But if not, the good thing is that you can just jump right back in. 🙂

Lean, Mean, and Squeaky Clean Challenge!

Today I finished The Master’s Hammer and Chisel!!! Yay! No break though, jumping into 21 Day Fix tomorrow. I finally figured out how I will do the containers while keeping a vegan diet. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, the 21 Day Fix is a Beachbody program where you use a portion control container system for your meals and then do the 21 Day Fix Workouts……..for 21 days haha. I will of course keep you posted on how this goes. Portion control is definitely not my forte.

 

Today’s food! This is not the 21 Day fix stuff, I am starting that tomorrow. Workout was The Master’s Hammer and Chisel: Hammer Power. All done!

Hello hello!

You ladies are back and on fire!!! You were never really gone, but in yesterday’s comments you ladies were kicking serious challenge butt. And on a Wednesday at that! Wednesday is usually the fall of the wagon day. Great work ladies!!!

Kathleen is in this challenge but she doesn’t comment often. She is kicking serious butt as well though (down 3 pounds this week) and here is a bunch of her food!

The Anne made this! It’s asian coleslaw with clean faux Applebee’s dressing. Wow!

My food and workout!

I only have four more workouts in The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. Today was Max Hammer Strength. You do one minute of reps with no wight, then 8 reps at your max weight. Whoa. Burn! I did not worout in my basement today but I still made the pictures black and white so that you can’t see all the crap that’s under my sofa! Ugh! Messy, messy, messy. My whole damn house.

 

Stay fired up my sweet ladies! Tomorrow’s Friday, we will share our wins. 🙂
